Alabama appeals court: U.S. Supreme Court ruling on juvenile killers not retroactive for Birmingham man and others
Brando Foster's attorney last year filed an appeal asking that he be re-sentenced with the hope of eventually getting his freedom due to a 2012 ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that automatic life without parole sentences for juveniles are unconstitutional.
