This HOA is comprised of and run by volunteers who do not work HOA issues full time. If you are asking for information on a property, be advised that these requests may take up to 7-10 days.

Forest Lakes Subdivision is a planned unit development. Annual dues, for each property in Forest Lakes, are currently $180 to be paid each January 31st. The dues enable the HOA to fund the maintenance of the neighborhood's common areas, insurance, utilities and other expenses incurred by Forest Lakes. The dues ensure that we keep and maintain a beautiful neighborhood community for all neighbors to enjoy.

The Forest Lakes HOA wants current and future owners to have a beautiful and enjoyable neighborhood that welcomes them home each and every day.

The Homeowners Association Board is responsible for ensuring the covenants are enforced. 

The HOA is governed by ByLaws and state law regarding non-profit organizations. These bylaw and state laws ensure that the HOA is properly organized and provides the best services to its members.

Forest Lakes of Chelsea has adopted a resolution reducing the amount of rental companies or third-party ownership.
