Double Oak Park

Double Oak Park is a 750-acre park located in Shelby County, Alabama. The park is owned and maintained by Shelby County and features 8-9 miles of single-track trail that combines with the double track. The park offers hiking trails, mountain bike trails, horseback trails, a picnic pavilion, and restrooms. Besides providing an option for recreation and a place for visitors to enjoy, the park will also preserve land from development. Cat-n-Bird Winery

Cat-n-Bird Winery is a boutique micro-winery located in Chelsea, Alabama. The winery specializes in non-standard wines and is open to the public on Saturdays from 12-6. The winery also offers private tastings based on availability. Cat-n-Bird does not have an onsite vineyard but imports grapes and juice from vineyards from around the world, allowing them to have a great selection of international wines, such as Italian Amarone to Australian Cabernet Sauvignon but no muscadine.
